Together we create a treatment plan that integrates approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, radical acceptance and DBT skills, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and solution-focused brief therapy in our clinical work.

Mindfulness practices have transformed countless lives! The mind, body, and spirit connection we develop as a result of a yoga, mindfulness, and or meditation practice is powerful. Allowing yourself to be in the present moment is the gift that keeps giving. There is a lot more to mindfulness than just sitting or stretching. Practicing mindfulness techniques can reduce stress and support healing and growth. Our practice will guide you through a yoga or meditation session or demonstrate and help you to integrate mindfulness skills into your daily life.
