Accepted Payments
I accept payment via cash, debit or credit card, HSA or FSA card, at the start of each session.
Insurance & Out of Network Billing
We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nevada for counseling services. For other insurances or cash pay you can contact your insurance for out of network benefits.
If you are approved for Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance coverage a receipt or superbill with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier can be provided.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any nonemergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
